  Greg Gibson
President, CEO and CNO, UniStar Nuclear Energy, LLC

Greg GibsonGreg Gibson is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nuclear Officer of UniStar Nuclear Energy. Mr. Gibson is responsible for leading UniStar's efforts to develop and deploy the first new generation of nuclear energy facilities in North America in more than 30 years.

Mr. Gibson brings over 35 years of management experience in nuclear power licensing and regulatory affairs. Mr. Gibson joined UniStar in 2008 as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, responsible for operations, licensing, environmental affairs, probabilistic risk assessment, security, and emergency preparedness. He joined UniStar from South Texas Project where he managed Regulatory Affairs. Previously, Mr. Gibson held positions within Southern California Edison responsible for managing Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. Mr. Gibson also served as a Senior Inspector for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Gibson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in E-Commerce from National University in San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

  Michel Maschi
Executive Vice President, UniStar Nuclear Energy, LLC

Michel MaschiMichel Maschi joined UniStar in 2011 from EDF Inc., where he was vice president, responsible for the corporation's implementation of its U.S. nuclear development strategy.

Prior to joining EDF's North American operations, Mr. Maschi was senior audit manager in EDF Group's Corporate Audit division in Paris, France. For nearly two decades, he held leadership positions in engineering design, commissioning, and operating activities in nuclear energy projects in France and around the world. Specifically, Mr. Maschi has experience as a nuclear plant site director at Blayais, France and was responsible for the global launch and development of various nuclear engineering projects.

Mr. Maschi earned an engineering degree from France's Ecole Nationale Superierure des Mines de Paris and from the Ecole Polytechnique in Saclay, France.

  Patrick Blandin
CFO & Senior VP, UniStar Nuclear Energy, LLC

Patrick BlandinMr. Blandin joined UniStar in 2008 from EDF Group, where he was head of business intelligence for EDF’s risk management division. Previously, Mr. Blandin held positions within EDF Group as head of mergers and acquisitions, senior financial advisor within mergers and acquisitions, financial advisor for project finance and head of franc treasury for EDF’s cash management division.  Prior to joining EDF, Mr. Blandin was deputy treasurer for Western Europe for General Electric Medical Systems in Paris.
 
Mr. Blandin earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the McComb Business School at the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration degree from the E. M. Lyon Graduate Business School in Lyon, France, and a baccalaureate degree in mathematics and sciences from Etablissement Supérieur et Technique de l’Immaculée Conception, St. Dizier, France.  He is a lieutenant commander in La réserve Marine, the French Naval Reserve, and resides in Baltimore.

  Debbie Hendell
Chief Counsel, UniStar Nuclear Energy, LLC

Debbie HendellDebbie Hendell has worked for Constellation Energy in various capacities since 2004.  She began her tenor as Senior Counsel at Constellation Energy Commodities Group, where she advised numerous Constellation entities on M&A, structured and other commercial transactions, including the expansion of the coal and power commodity business into foreign energy markets and the purchase of the Hillabee and West Valley power plants.  Later, she moved to Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, where she supported commercial transactions for the nuclear fleet.  

Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Ms. Hendell was in private practice with Sherman & Sterling in New York and with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, New York and Washington.  In private practice, she worked on numerous international project financed and structured transactions in many sectors, with concentrations in energy transactions and export credit agency financings. She has also worked for the World Bank (IBRD) and the Export Development Corporation, the Canadian export credit agency.

Ms. Hendell holds a joint LLB (J.D. equivalent) and MBA (International Finance) as well as a B.A. Highest Honors from Canadian Universities.  She is admitted in New York and in Ontario.
